Terms and conditions INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS PAYMENT We accept payment with the credit cards VISA and Mastercard. Please follow the instructions presented during the payment. Afroart collaborates with the KLARNA CHECK OUT and DIBS. They have payment solutions that are SSL certified. Your data is encrypted and sent to the bank, which means that you trade with maximum security.
FREIGHT CHARGES We offer free freight when you purchase for more than 800 SEK for deliveries in Sweden.
All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order. SWEDISH TAX All prices listed on the website are including Swedish value added tax (VAT) of 25 %. Orders with delivery to countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT and deducted from the order when payment is made. Customs charges may apply dependent on the laws of the country to which the products are delivered. Any fees for tax and duty will be paid by the customer.
DELIVERY Your goods will be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Afroart cooperate with DHL. DHL deliver your goods by mail or packages depending on weight and size. The package is delivered to your door. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise they will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. You will be notified via email when your package is on its way to you. If you have provided us with your mobile number, you will also receive notification via SMS.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS If you need to change the address after the order has been made, we will charge 250 SEK. (This covers the costs of DHL).
PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK Our webshop is updated frequently but sometimes it happens, unfortunately, that there is inaccurate information about the product. The result could be that we do not have the item you ordered in stock. On these occasions we will contact you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Customers in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland can order directly from our webshop. For other countries, please contact our customer service at webshop@afroart.se.
EXCHANGE / REFUND You are entitled to refund items within 14 days of receiving your package, this includes sale and reduced items as well, but not fabric sold per meter. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including tags. If you live in Norway it is important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise we can't receive your shipment. You, the customer, will pay the shipping to return the item. Normally it takes about 14 days from the date we received your return before you receive a refund. Fill in the enclosed return and complaint form and send your return goods including your receipt or order confirmation to address: AFROART Webshop, Lagerlöfsgatan 6, 112 60 Stockholm, Sweden. You will get a confirmation by email when we receive your return. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. We will of course refund the shipping cost for your return if it’s due to mistakes made by us.
